Merk: Ben's Practice Mute
The compact and lightweight model makes it ideal for travel purposes (a nice soft travel bag is included). The basic sound is muted to a very soft level, which is great for hotel rooms etc. Intonation is very good throughout all registers. From pedal f downwards the resistance is noticeably increasing, which is actually quite good for practice purposes.
Ben's Practice Mute is now available in 8 new colors. This allows you not only to refine your playing but also to choose a mute that perfectly matches your style.
Please note: the displayed colors may differ slightly from reality. Since these colored mutes are made to order, the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual. However, we will ensure that you receive your unique mute as soon as possible!

Great job engineering this. I have been away many years whereas I was used to making parapet tape balls to hold a mute snugly etc. Not needing to do any of this now, the cost was affordable, the sound is very good and the effect on the chops is twofold. On one hand you can keep things about the same, and on the other you get more of a workout on facial muscles leading to better endurance without the mute. Thanks- member of Brass Masters Society.
